Lifeshield is the first organization to capture and transmit XRays over the phone lines using its Capture and Transmit computer to computer technology before a worldwide internet. Lifeshield signed the University of Stockholm and successfully demonstrated it to Dept. of Defense. It revolutionized emergency services for the Paramedic Program was signed into law by President Reagan July 1970. The photo was taken in 1974. The Flight for Life program first launched in 1972. The worldwide web for computers didn't happen until after 1989. The Lifeshield emergency cards were first issued in 1970. New commercial Saturation Diving emerged in oil rigs offshore industry in 1969.
Lifeshield equipped with special emergency equipment became their rescue transportaion to nearest medical facility onshore replacing slow boats. Vietnam "Slicks" provided initial flight evacs. Dr. Forrest Bird, the inventor of the Bird Resperator (used by every US emergency room) participated with the emergency petroleum helicopter utility founded by Paul Martia.
